Clear rules for using the RentKosova marketplace.
First month free — RENTKOSOVA
RENTKOSOVA is a one-time offer for new companies on the 20- or 30-car plans. Following administrator approval the company is activated free for one calendar month, with dates shown in the dashboard. After the free month the annual plan price applies and renewal requires a new payment. There are no automatic charges. The 40+ offer is arranged separately. Existing companies and repeat applications do not receive another free month.
Role of RentKosova
RentKosova is a listing platform connecting customers with independent car rental companies. We are not a party to the rental agreement and do not collect booking payments.
Listings and prices
Prices, availability, images and vehicle terms are supplied by the relevant rental company, which must keep them accurate and current.
Booking and contract
Customers contact the company directly. Confirmation, payment, deposit, insurance, pickup and return are agreed solely between customer and company.
Responsibility
The rental company is responsible for its vehicles, documents, insurance and service. Customers must review the applicable terms before confirming.
Company subscriptions
Annual plans include up to 20 cars for €80 or 30 cars for €120. Payment is made once for 12 months. For fleets of 40+ cars, contact us for an offer. When a subscription expires, the profile and cars may be disabled automatically.
Activation and duration
The subscription covers publication of the company and its fleet. Applications are reviewed before payment. Activation and the 12-month period begin when RentKosova confirms and records the payment received, not on the application date or one week later. The exact period appears on the payment receipt and dashboard; for example, 22 October 2026–21 October 2027. The company may add vehicles after activation; delays in entering the fleet do not extend the period.
Payment and renewal
Pay only after receiving instructions from RentKosova. Bank transfers are confirmed once funds reach the account; a transfer receipt alone does not activate the subscription. Card payment is available only when a payment link from an enabled provider is offered. There is currently no automatic renewal or automatic charge. A renewal paid before expiry continues after the existing period; after expiry, a new period begins when the new payment is confirmed. Price changes are communicated before renewal and do not change a period already paid for.
Expiry and cancellation
The company may choose not to renew without a penalty, or request earlier deactivation through the channel used for payment instructions. Without renewal, the company profile and vehicles cease to be publicly displayed at the end of the paid period. Cancelling a subscription is not a request to delete data; deletion requires a separate request. Having fewer vehicles or not publishing them does not change the price of the paid plan.
Refunds
Duplicate payments and overpayments are refunded after verification. If an application is rejected or RentKosova cannot activate the paid service, payment for the undelivered service is returned. After activation, voluntary cancellation does not automatically entitle the company to a refund for the remaining period. If RentKosova ends a paid service for reasons unrelated to a breach by the company, the undelivered period is refunded proportionally. These rules do not limit any mandatory rights that may apply under law.
Subscription requests and complaints
Send your request through the same channel used for payment instructions, including the company name, application or payment reference, date, amount and reason. Do not send a full card number, PIN or security codes. We aim to respond within 7 working days; the refund timeline is confirmed after verification and also depends on the bank or payment provider. Where possible, refunds use the original payment method and are returned to the original payer.
What the subscription includes
The plan provides listing space up to the selected vehicle limit, a company profile and direct customer contact. It does not guarantee a number of bookings, customers or revenue. Rental payments, deposits and booking refunds are handled directly with the rental company and are not subscription payments to RentKosova.
Prohibited use
False information, fraudulent listings, unauthorized material and activity that compromises platform security are prohibited.
